MTI 24/7 team was absolutely brilliant through the whole process of getting my mum back home. They were very professional, compassionate and attentive and there was always someone available who knew our case 24/7. At very short notice they were able to send a local doctor to us to assess my mum for being 'fit to fly'. For the travel mission back home, they provided a paramedic who visited the day before the flight and journeyed with my mum the entire time, including ambulances at both the start and end of the journey. He was exceptional in his care and attention to my mum and she was very impressed with the support she received. If you're in the unfortunate situation of needing a medical escort as we were, I would have no hesitation in recommending MTI 24/7.
