Matthew, my son was then driven by the Medical Transport International 24/7 team via ambulance to St. Malo then on to Jersey General Hospital. Throughout the process both Bryan and Cornelius were attentive, kind, compassionate and gave 100 percent attention to Matthew at all times. Medication was given when needed. I can not speak highly of the staff of the Medical Transport International 24/7 they turned which could have been a bad situation into a good one of result. Both staff went above and beyond and are a credit to their employees. I would recommend to anyone in a similar situation to use Medical Transport International 24/7 as they are a great company and pleasure to be associated with.

We were in the unfortunate position to have to fly a family member very quickly from a tiny Bahamas island to Houston due to a terrible injury. The team at MTI 24/7 not only worked diligently to get a flight for her in less than 24 hours but had to do so while working around a local holiday. Armando was on top of it, keeping us updated while permits and crews were being secured but also every step of the way during the transfer. The service was first class with door-to-door transfers and the medics were professional and amazing. The patient who was scared and in a tremendous amount of pain said she felt safe and very cared for in a very scary situation. We cannot recommend this service enough. If you are in the unfortunate situation where a medjet is needed - this is the one to use.

MTI 24/7 team were absolutely brilliant through the whole process of getting my mum back home. They were very professional, compassionate and attentive and there was always someone available who knew our case 24/7. At very short notice they were able to send a local doctor to us to assess my mum for being 'fit to fly'. For the travel mission back home, they provided a paramedic who visited the day before the flight and journeyed with my mum the entire time, including ambulances at both the start and end of the journey. He was exceptional in his care and attention to my mum and she was very impressed with the support she received. If you're in the unfortunate situation of needing a medical escort as we were, I would have no hesitation in recommending MTI 24/7. Of course, it's an expensive business if you don't have travel insurance but they have incredible networks and connections to medical staff around the world and can make what seems impossible possible. We'll always be grateful for them being there for us.
